Kitty Cat Flip Flops

My oldest daughter's birthday is just around the corner so I wanted to make her a little something special. She adores all things with kitty cats so I thought I would custom make her a pair of kitty cat flip flops.

I think they turned out ADORABLE! I have a few more pairs of flip flops in my inventory so I will have to see if I can recreate a pair similar to this to put in my Etsy store.
Brittney of Ella Rose Portrait Arts shared some more beautiful pictures that she took of a pretty little princess wearing the pretty little pixie hat I had recently created.

I plan to add this sweet hat to my Etsy store the beginning of next week.

Handsome In His Bow Tie

Brittney of Ella Rose Portrait Arts shared these PRECIOUS pictures she took of this very handsome cutie pie wearing the newsie hat, pants, and bow tie set I crocheted.
I just love him in his little bow tie with his sweet little toes peeking out at the bottom of those pants! :)

I will have this set available in my Etsy store tomorrow evening.
I have been busy this week embellishing more flip flops.

I finished these two custom pairs of flip flops in shades of blue for a dear customer of mine.

This Penelope Purple pair was custom made for yours truly. ;)

They match my bathing suit perfectly.

A Precious Little Gnome

I just HAVE to share this beautiful picture that Brittney of Ella Rose Portrait Arts took of this little sweetie wearing the gnome hat I made. How absolutely precious.

I can't wait to see more from this session.
I also wanted to share another set of flip flops I created yesterday.

These Punk Rock Princess Flip Flops are one of a kind and are a size 8-9 in little girls. They are listed in my Etsy store, and you can find them HERE.

Embellishing Flip Flops

This past weekend I discovered a box of flip flops I had purchased last year. I guess I got so caught up with custom orders and other projects that I forgot about them. I decided to change these simple and plain flip flops into fun and fabulous flip flops by adding some colorful crochet flowers and leaves.

I have already listed most of these in my Etsy store. The yellow Sherbet Dreams flip flops are already sold but I plan to make another similar pair to add to my store.

These Island Escape pink flamingo Flip Flops are a size 8-9 in little girls. They are one of a kind and you can find them in my Etsy store HERE.

The Pool Side Flips Flops were made to match Gymboree's Aqua Summer Line, and the Gap's We Love Geo Prints Line. They are a size 12-13 and you can find them HERE in my Etsy store.

These next flip flops were made to match Gymboree's Surf Adventure Line. They are a size 12-13 in little girls and you can find them HERE.

Last are the Ice Cream Social flip flops. They are one of a kind and are a size 8-9 in little girls. You can find them in my Etsy store HERE.

Newborn Goodies

I have been working on a few crochet goodies to send to Brittany of Ella Rose Portrait Arts this weekend. I just finished this cute little newborn baby boy pants, newsie hat, with bow tie to match.

I added a few wooden buttons to the hat and one larger one to the pants. I can't wait to see it in action.
Another thing I have been working on is a fringe blanket newborn photo prop. So far I have 300 strands of yarn hooked around. I still have about 150-200 more strands to go.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse Fun

This is the week for Disney orders, particularly Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Yesterday I crocheted these adorable Minnie Mouse barefoot sandals for a dear customer. I really like how they turned out.

Today I made matching Mickey and Minnie Mouse newborn hats for twins. Aren't they the sweetest?

I have been a very busy crocheting bee today making a handful of newborn/infant gnome and pixie hats to send to Brittney of Ella Rose Portrait Arts. I can't wait to see the little cutie pies that get to wear these while she works her camera magic!

Poptart Kitty

My oldest daughter has been wanting me to make her a Poptart Kitty scarf for quite sometime now. I was finally all caught up with my orders so I decided to make one for her. I surprised her with it when she got off the school bus yesterday afternoon and she was tickled pink with excitement.

For those of you who do not know about the poptart kitty, there is this viral video on youtube of a cat that has the body of a poptart flying on a rainbow through space singing some silly meowing song. It is ridiculous, funny, and adorable all at the same time. Xiera LOVES it because she loves all things kitty cats.

Lately Xiera has been giving me a limit on how many pictures I take of her. Once my limit of 10 pictures were up, she let me know and then dashed away; laughing and giggling all the way. That silly girl of mine. :)

Sweet Baby Boy

Earlier on this week I mailed a newborn stocking cap and sock monkey set to Brittney of Ella Rose Portrait Arts for a newborn shoot for a sweet baby boy. She sent me the pictures this evening and they are pure PERFECTION!

I am so in love with these photos. Everytime I look at them, they bring a smile to my face. I will be listing these in my store early next week so if you are interested, please keep checking back.

Sock Monkey Love

My friend Brittney of Ella Rose Portrait Arts is having a photo session this Friday with a newborn baby boy. He is going to model the stocking hat I shared with you all a few days ago and this adorable sock monkey hat and diaper cover set I finished yesterday morning. The tail can be either sewn on or made to be removable.

I am so excited and can't wait to see the pictures from the shoot! I know they are going to be fabulous.

Disney Princess Barefoot Sandals

While sitting in the car on our LONG drive to Disney almost 2 weeks ago, I was Disney inspired and wanted to work on a set of Disney Princess patterns I had purchased awhile back from Harvester Products on Etsy.

They are barefoot sandals. You slip the loop onto your smaller toe next to your big toe and use the two long ties to wrap behind your ankle and tie into a bow. They are quite adorable when put on and pretty much serve no purpose other than being extremely cute. ;)
Zella's favorite pair is Merida from the Disney movie Brave.

Xiera's favorite pair is Rapunzel from the Disney movie Tangled.

I love the classics so Snow White is the pair for me.
